Each time, no one answered and I got a recording to call back. I was unable to leave a message. The service was poor and the meal disappointing. Futhermore, is frustrating to call a business numerous times and only get a recording. This is poor customer service and business management. I would not recommend Long John Silver's. A response would be appreciated. NLT

I can't understand why LJS isn't more popular and why there are so few locations. The value was great for the money spent. The only negative thing was they were out of root beer which is odd since they are also A&W root beer location. No big deal though as I know availability can be troublesome now days. I was visiting OKC but will definitely go back on my next trip to town.
