Ice coffee display on the digital sign says $1.00 for small but when you get to the window, it’s $2.40 and the store manager said THEY KNOW it’s FALSE ADVERTISING but they WILL CHARGE YOU THE FULL PRICE, no exception. I told her give my money back and cancel the order. I have NEVER dealt with such INCOMPETENT management.
- MMMindiSep 30, 20252.0I have had a few bad experience's with this location, the first one was waiting in our van pulled to the side for french fries only and we waiting 20 minutes and I have cancer so the hot van caused me issues, the next one was this past Saturday where the girl that was taking orders kept running off from the register in between orders which made people stand there longer, we I ordered we got 3 large fries and 1 medium Dr pepper full of ice, when she read it back she said a large Dr pepper I corrected her and guess what I received the large Dr pepper with little ice, I have a feeling I paid for it, there was one customer that was getting loud about the service and 1 poor lady that lost her whole break waiting for her food, very poor service something needs to change before the costumers my go else
