But this young man Caleb helped me figure out what I really needed for my van full of people and apologized for the missing pie and made it right in no time. The ice tastes a little off, but everyone in Guthrie is experiencing this right now. Good job Guthrie McDonald's and thank you Caleb. Excellent customer service from this store !
- CJcade johnsonDec 1, 20251.0They have charged me for things they didn’t have and then refunded me less than I paid because their system doesn’t always work with the app properly, they almost always mess up my order, and they almost always take absolutely forever in the drive thru or lobby. This is the single most frustrating fast food place I go to, and I think today my being charged for a double quarter meal and getting home to find a single is the last straw. Im not going back unless new management comes along and goes out of their way to fix this mess. Go literally anywhere else in town.
