His tone was dismissive and noticeably impatient, creating an atmosphere that felt confrontational rather than helpful. , I rely on clear communication, and his deliberate overtalking and apparent eagerness to terminate the call were especially distressing. I was left with the impression that he was intentionally uncooperative, and his complete lack of patience and customer service skills are unprofessional for a general manager role. I request that this matter be formally reviewed, and appropriate action be taken regarding his conduct.
