Who orders a patty, I went back and gave them my receipt, the “manager” proceeds to make me pay for another cheeseburger and also tell me that they were charging me for the bbq sauce even though I paid for it and didn’t receive it. Luckily I had my receipt. Will never come back to this AWFUL McDonald’s. Nothing but incompetence.

One car in front of me and I still sat there for five minutes get to the pay window and he asked me if I wanted a reciept? Yes I answered and got none….. next window manager was walking around and talking to people and pay guy came to do drinks and hand out food. I asked where my reciept was and he said the trash…. Asked why my meal with my drink was 10 dollars and he said I got a hot chocolate which was a higher price….u can’t let someone know?? No reciept !!! And then the food was nasty. Too much tortillas and very little eggs tortillas were hard and crusty. Try calling the store and all numbers go to the corporate office……spent ten dollars for food I couldn’t eat and hot chocolate was cold milk……

I waited 10 minutes and when I got my order, I was . missing a burger. If you order through the app, I would think your food would be ready when you arrive to pick it up.

Service has been crap lately. I even stopped going to McDonald's for awhile because of service and I start back all good at first, now every time I go they snatch my card throw it back at me, have zero patience. And I understand being busy but when you're making the customer feel bad for ordering... That's a problem!!!
