They expect you to go back to the store after they made a mistake. They don't even compromise until you say something.

Half an hour later, they started scrambling because they couldnt find my order, and asked if I could wait 10 more minutes, then eventually said they don't have it and if I could wait a little longer for them to make my order. Could have just been a bad day, but that was a lot of employees standing around, and one eating, to somehow lose a cheese Pizza. Good luck I guess.
