    New resident to Coweta and noticed how busy this McDonald's always is, including dine in customers. You figured fast food McDonalds is the same anywhere. I was wrong about this location. Amazingly friendly staff and the food is fresh and surprisingly good. Especially when compared to other local McDonalds.

    Can never get an order right. I even had them double-check the order before I left. Got home and nothing I ordered was in the bag. Completely unacceptable!

    We ordered on the app. The purchase was verified and we were given a pickup number. On arriving at the store we were told we didn’t place the order, so we went into the store to straighten out. Showed the “manager” the info on the phone showing we had placed the order. He didn’t care, said there was nothing he could do about it and if we wanted something we’d have to buy it again. Never offered anything for our trouble,didn’t try to fix it or even apologize. So now we have paid for our lunch twice. Very unprofessional behavior by the manager. This is restaurant number 32476.
