While sitting down eating all you can hear is someone yelling and it’s a kid playing on his computer being very loud and disruptive, a few people had to ask him to be quiet. The employees know he is being loud and disruptive and they don’t say anything to him. My opinion this McDonalds has went down hill with employees and food service as well.

The employees inside said that only 2 people were working that night. There is no situation where this is acceptable. There were a whole lot of employees meandering around, eating Halloween candy, talking to their friends, NOT getting orders out. Then I texted the complaint number on the door & haven't heard back. Obviously the owners couldn't care less either.

This seemingly small mistake meant I missed out on the Monopoly stickers that are usually on the soda cups. During this time at least due to McDonald's monopoly. It feels like a deliberate move to keep the stickers for themselves, which is just unfair and dishonest. McDonald's should be transparent and ensure customers get what they pay for, especially during promotions. This kind of sneaky behavior damages trust and makes me question their integrity. I will think twice before returning.
