  Pulled into parking lot yesterday around 4pm and a guy not in uniform was coming out of the dumpster area with trash in his hands . Pulled in and went inside and people scurried into kitchen area pretending not to see us. One worker was wearing sweat pants so dirty it was obvious they hadn't been washed in days . Then the guy who was dumpster diving was walking around the kitchen area. Couldn't find one person who didn't look grungy that I'd want touching my food , that and nobody even bothered to talk to us so we left. Feel bad for people in drive thru with no clue to the grunge preparing their food.

  My husband put in a mobile order at 10:40 pm, and arrived at the Restaurant at 10:42 pm, we sat in the drive thru for 6-8 minutes with no response, when we drove to the windows both were blocked off. So we went to the front door to go in and it was locked. He knocked at the window and made eye contact with an employee, who just turned around and walked away, we waited outside a while longer and then just finally left. Online it says they close at 11 pm. We’re frustrated cause we don’t even know how to cancel the stupid order and all they would do is ignore us if they had even just told us they closed up early and canceled our order we would’ve been happy but instead they just ignored us and acted like we didn’t exist I had even called the store while we were waiting they answered and proceeded to ignore me even further and then disconnected the phone to where I couldn’t call again. This is so frustrating and such a waist of time and money

  This McDonald's is somewhere you are always going to have to wait for you food. Every time the past few times I have been there I have been asked to pull forward they are always holding on something. My order wasnt big. It was two McChickens ( this is what I order almost every time I go.) Tonight though I was asked to pull forward as usual and waited for 15 minutes to get my food. I watch a number of cars after me get pulled up too and placed into parking spots to wait on their food. McDonalds I'm sorry you all aren't getting your food out to your customers quick enough. Don't pull us forward so you can knock out order off your screen like we have already been served so that y'all can meet the required time for serving someone. It's a bunch of crap. I even had them completely forget me one time they pulled me up to wait. If they would stop clearing their screens to make them look better and faster than they are they wouldnt be able to forget they had had still not delivered your order to your car because there would be a big red timer text to the order which they were lacking to hand out. Please fix this practice . Ty
