And you will never get what you order. The last three times I was there, i placed my order in the mobile app. I did not receive what I ordered because “they were out.” No communication about the items being out of stock from the associates. They don’t ask what you would like instead, they just bring you whatever they feel like without caring about the price differences in the items they give. I’ve complained to a manager about this three different times, and every time, it’s the same situation. Do better, Altus.
