Then she called another manager to assist.

Then he called back they acted like he never placed an order. But when he said that he wanted a Supreme pizza he knew that they were out of peppers. Because he had placed an order (otherwise, how would he have known?). Whoever is running this place really needs to be reevaluated. Overall our Pizza Hut itself should just shut down now. then to not offer to do anything to reimburse or make it up and just act stupid. Completely unbelievable. Very very sad for what used to be a good pizza chain.
