Food was super cold. The meat on the Big Mac looked it had been sitting there for hours. Had to put fries in the oven at home. Worst meal in a long time.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The gentleman who took my order was very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn't let me get my sentences completed before he kept interrupting me. And that was just at ordering. I ordered a hot fudge sunday and the girl gave me a cup that had a squirt of ice cream and a little bit of fudge on it. Took it inside to the manager. Or the kid claiming to be the manager. And he proceeded to tell me that's how the fudge sundays were supposed to be made. I asked him to remake it and he told me he would charge me if I got it remade. Even though they were wrong and my cup wasn't even half full of ice cream. Then the kid who was taking my order was actually clocking out for the day and proceeded to tell me that if I didn't like the ice cream , I should have went to an ice cream shop instead. Because that's what normal people do. But I was just getting my kids and after school treat. Just the fact of the rude comments the unprofessional behavior. The food was cold when it came to me. When I had just ordered it. The bun was hard and the hamburger was burnt. After the problems with the ice cream I didn't want to deal with the problems over my food. Save your money and go to another mcdonald's.

Our food order was correct but all of the drinks were wrong and there were no sauces. Had to go back. They were nice and the food was fresh but, it was definitely inconvenient.

I didn’t go in so I couldn’t judge the atmosphere but there’s 2 problems with this McDonald’s. They don’t have signs when you’re coming in from the south, so the Tim Hortons and the McDonald’s drivethrus look the same. The other thing is they always put the napkins on the hashbrowns or fries, which make them so greasy they’re unusable.

First, the lady taking the orders at the drive through couldn't understand or speak English. Second, the young man taking the money overcharged me. When i pointed out the error, he was rude and mouthed off at me. Then he slammed the window shut and I had to wait longer to ask for my receipt. Third, at the pickup window, the lady who couldn't speak English handed me someone else's food. Fourth, when I opened the bag to check my order, I found all the fries dumped out in the bottom of bag. A very poor experience. Everyone needs retraining!
