  The trio appetizer was a promising start. All steaks and other food were flavorful. But... The 8 oz sirloin, ordered medium-well was rare. We requested it be cooked more and it came back medium-rare. The 15 oz Down Under Ribeye, ordered medium, was cooked well "overdone. A shame, for such a nice cut of meat." The burger was ordered well done, but came out medium well, a food safety concern for us. For a steakhouse, the cook needs to get more experience or a new job. The deserts we're good except one of the plates was obviously very dirty. It shouldn't have been allowed out of the kitchen. The best part was the potato soup. Everyone really enjoyed it. The chili was excessively salty so the wife poured it over the salad to make it tolerable. Our server, Jameson, was both professional and courteous. He provided great service and adequate attention to our table. Overall, it was a less than desirable experience.

  Everything about the place, the food, and the people was absolutely amazing. Everything was done well, and on point. I will definitely be coming back very soon!

  Carry out order - website easy to use and customize orders (a welcome rare thing these days!!!) -ready when promised - friendly easy curbside service. In addition quality of food (esp for price) excellent. Cost the same as a horrible (in every way) carry out from Applebees last week, yet so much better. Highly recommend (Liberty location).

  Don't know! We reserved a table @ 11 am for 4 @ 6:30 pm and arrived a little early. At 7:15 pm we hadn't been seated in an hour so we left. We do the same process at Texas Roadhouse and usually are seated in around 15 minutes. So I didn't get my $35 Ribeye. Their loss. UPDATE 02/06/26 I was contacted by the owner and we are going to try again soon. I will update or edit this post after.
