Contacted UberEats and while waiting, we figured to call the restaurant to address the issue, but they weren't helpful and the manager, Marshall even had the heart to hang up on us. The disrespect was palpable. Food was good though couldn't save their customer service.

- MIMichael IsaacsDec 27, 20253.0well what a suprise nothing like the outback I remember. atmosphere very stale here. waiter was very attentive and polite. ordered the blooming onion and it was so greasy we couldn't eat it. the bread was very good though! I ordered a filet and what a suprise it came out and usually a good filet a fork will almost cut it for you. this one a knife struggled to cut and I order them medium and it was tough like a sirloin the fries were good though. waiter asked how everything was and told him about steak and showed him he apologized and got me another one cooking for me it took so long I told him just make it to go. wife had alice springs chicken meal hers was OK. we hadn't been to outbacks for a while because how good longhorn and Texas roadhouse are. well we probably won't be back after this to out back! manager didn't even come talk to me about the steak!
