I sent an email about our order via their online platform and I got a call from that location's manager genuinely empathetic to our experience. He mailed us a gift card, which I did not request but definitely appreciated. Yesterday ( 11/16/25) I ordered Outback from the West Chester Ohio location for my family's dinner. We ordered as carry out. When we got home and opened our containers, EVERYTHING was amazing. Outback restored my confidence. Thank you for leveling back up! (P. S. we did not apply the gift card to this order, saving it for a "rainy" day)

We got the Delmonico steak and salmon salad. The steak was cooked as ordered to medium and we both agreed was the best steak we've had at an outback steakhouse. Jaylin was our server and her service was well accommodating.

We will request him at our next visit. My first sirloin steak was overcooked but Caleb (server) took it right back and then the replacement steak was perfect!! My wife had the filet which she stated was excellent! We are already talking about returning!

We were seated fast, food came out quick, and everything was hot and exactly how we ordered it. Our server checked on us just enough without hovering, kept drinks full, and was super friendly. Overall, really smooth visit and great service. Would definitely come back. 🥩👏
- HBHoney BoomNov 6, 20251.0Ordered an onion bloom and mash potatoes from DoorDash, my sister ordered her steak 30-35 minutes after me, she gets it before me somehow and I had to wait another two hours until I get the message from a DoorDasher that I couldn’t get my meal remade and that it’s the third time somebody came in?? So I’m wondering, did somebody take my food? So as I continue reading the message from the doordasher, the manager told him to tell me to contact DoorDash support, and mind you it’s already like 9:50pm, they’re about to close and I’d have to wait another like 20 minutes plus the drive back to get my food completely made again and such??? So I just canceled it, honestly just disappointed I couldn’t get it remade in that timeframe without the manager having to ask me to contact customer support.
