Two days in a row I tried to get breakfast at 4:40 am and both times the screens were completely off no one answered the drive through and there was definitely someone inside. I use to be able to stop in at 4 in the morning. No warnings saying they were switching hours either. Even on here it says 24 hours. This is an update to my current review. Switched it to a one star because its now on day 4 or 5 of trying to get McDonald's at 4:30 in the morning and they haven't opened yet. It started during the snow storm so I gave them the benefit of doubt maybe no one could make it in but now theres zero reason. It still says open 24/7 however theres employees there yet they remained closed.

- LOLauren ODec 12, 20251.0Avoid like the plague. This place has changed for the worse. Hispanic woman took the car’s order behind me first. Then paid for their order with my linked card. She then said I need to pay. I pulled up my bank account showing a transaction from McDonald’s for an amount that was NOT my order. She couldn’t understand so grabbed her manager. Another African American woman with pink in her braids was staring and talking badly about me and they all were acting as though I am the problem when it was their mistake. They all said I need to pay despite showing them I just paid. I am filing a dispute with the bank for the wrongful charge. Corporate will be notified. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. I drove down the road to another McDonald’s where the staff was friendly and my payment and order were correct.
