There were maybe 3 tables in the whole restaraunt. 45 minutes in I was handed someone elses food, and then they caught it and gave it to someone else. Said it would be another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we checked in - another 3 minutes. All in we were there for over 65 minutes. Checked my order there, but didnt realize until we got home I noticed the $35 porkchop container was missing its sides. When I called they gave me $20 back for the sides. However, I will never get carry out from here again. Insane.

We used to eat here all the time, but the past 2 times I have gotten carry out from this location its been wrong(after waiting an eternity for my food) and you have to wait an eternity to talk to a manager and they handled it poorly both times. I am never coming here again and I encourage you not to either.
- KHKeisha HNov 11, 20251.0I was here on 10/22. I placed an online order, paid and tipped online. They never made my food. I stood in the restaurant for 10 minutes and no one came to the front. I started calling them from inside the restaurant to get help. I called 3 times before anyone answered. People were walking out and others were angry about slow service. I eventually asked for a refund as I had spent my entire lunch break waiting for food that was never cooked. The manager, who was also cooking the food, came out and had no clue how to issue the refund. I watched as she just scrolled though various screens. She then canceled the order and said it was refunded. It never was. I went back in days later and talked with Elliot. He took all of my info and said the manager would call me and correct the issue. I still haven't been contacted, nor have I received my refund. I have had to file a dispute with my bank. I contacted corporate and haven't received a response. I will absolutely never return.
