    Not sure how you forget the nuggets in a 10 piece nugget meal but they managed it fries in the bag and the double cheeseburger I ordered

    Most usually have a good experience. Every so often they mess the order up or the app isnt acting right. But overall, good.

    Dirty, takes forever, order is almost always messed up. On Halloween they gave away free meals which I appreciated but they refused to give my child (who is not allowed to have pop) an apple juice. If I had known before paying I would've bought one, but there was a line of 20+ out the door and they didn't mention it until we were waiting unfortunately. Just went through drive through and they've taken over 20 minutes to make 2 happy meals and 2 regular meals. Ice in our drinks is melted and fries are cold because they missed half the order and I had to wait for it for 5 minutes and counting now on top of the initial 15 minute wait. Additionally they took away the drink station in the lobby so you can't get your own refills, napkins, ketchup, etc.
