If it was nt the only fast food place in Waynesville it d be closed. The service is absolutely horrible. I used the app and you still have to sit and wait. They had me go to the 3rd window and hand my 1/3 Of my order. I told her it was wrong so she gets my drink. I drive off and find my fries missing. Since I was at lunch, I wasted valuable time. I would of been better off with a p and j. Seriously McDonald's. Get your act together.

i came here today for lunch with my family if 12. the peoples in the back were saying CURSE WORDS IN FRONT IF MY BABY!!! HES ONLY 14! i cannot believe this experience i’ve had:( my food was cold and it had hair in it! the whole place is dirty and the staff is just horrible. 1 STAR

Service was slow, and I could have drank the oatmeal with a straw. When I got replacement oatmeal, it was also watery (but not as bad)and only half full.
