- HHHated1977Nov 10, 20241.0Had the worst experience here tonight. Worker with septum piercing and neck tattoos had a nasty attitude from the moment we walked in. I asked if I could had a footlong on herb and cheese and she said "no because I don't even have that". I let that slide because maybe she was just being blunt. Then I asked for two footling meatballs and she said "do you expect me to still have meatballs 30 minutes before I close?" Instead of just saying she was out. I told her I was going to leave a review about her bad attitude and as I walked out and she said " I really hope you do". As someone who used to manage the downtown subway I expect more from the staff and I know Ross and russ do as well. I find her behavior disgusting, she didn't even greet us when we walked in and was visibly bothered by our presence from the minute we arrived.
