    I frequent this location often on my way to work because it’s the only location that’s open at 4:30am. I stopped in today (11/20) to pick up an order that I had prepaid for through the app. I pull up to the speaker and get no answer. I waited for a minute and went around the the window where there was a lady standing there shaking her head indicating they were closed. At least post a sign at the drive thru stating that you’re closed or have the courtesy to tell people over the speaker so they aren’t sitting there. When I pulled away there was at least 6 cars waiting at the speaker. Hope my money gets refunded to my card. This location seems to have a lack of communication.

    Very slow service! I have not had a lot of success with their order ahead app so decided to go into the restaurant to order. There is a struggle to complete orders timely consistently.

    Horrible service. Manager very hateful. Will not return. Manager or alleged manager was telling us we cannot pull in a certain way to "their" drive thru. You tell me???
