Not exaggerating, it's some of the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. It has a weird, nasty, cardboard-ish taste to it, sorry that's the best way I can articulate it. It was bad. I used to love Pizza hut back in the day. Yes, the old style, classic, greasy Pizza Hut from the 80s/90s. I'm not sure if that horrible taste was from the crust, the cheese, sauce, etc. I couldn't tell. I think they should narrow it down and throw whatever that ingredient is away, if that's possible. Make the pizza more like the old days. The pizza Hut that people remember. I hope they improve things, it would be sad to see another Pizza Hut disappear. They have a good opportunity right now because the other pizza shops in the area have been bought by new owners and have taken a sharp decline. Good lucks guys.

When I questioned her about it, she told me it wasn't her job to reveal special pricing on pizzas unless I specifically asked for it, which I did, but she gave me the price for an item, which I did not order. She was very rude and argumentative. Then they proceeded to make my order, instead of taking the normal 15-20 minutes, they stretched it out to forty, without an apology.
