- EEEdFeb 18, 20231.0My most recent visit to this Pizza Hut store was Friday evening 2/17/23 and it was the worst meal I have ever received from this Pizza Hut. They were so unorganized that they could not get food out the door to customers on time due to leaving customers standing for long periods in the lobby without interacting with them and allowing customers to stay parked in the drive through repeatedly for more than 20 minutes at a time while waiting for their pizzas. As a result, most other peoples food has been ready for awhile and was stuffed into the warming box for extended periods allowing it to dry out and become extremely chewy. My food was literally steamed until it was so soggy and chewy, it was inedible. I usually get great food from this Pizza Hut but this last trip was the worst and the food tasted terrible. I literally ate a piece of pizza and had to choke it down it was so bad. Cold pizza would have been better than the soggy spongy chewy cold mess I was handed with no apologies for the 95 minutes it took to get inedible food from the Pizza Hut Maybe it was this staff not being able to work together I am not sure but I will definitely drive further to a different store in lieu of returning to this specific Pizza Hut again!!!!
