I went in there today is the DoorDash or like I always do the food was ready prepared sitting on the rack name right there to pick it up grab the food no problem ever before and taking the food off of the ready rack had the gentleman that works behind, they are screaming and yelling at me being as hateful as he possibly could in front of all the other customers screaming at me to never get the food from that rack that is available For food that is ready to be picked up not one other employee has ever behaved like that towards me or any other DoorDash employee that I know of if he continues to treat me that way in the past, I will report him to DoorDash and to his corporate office

Recently went there and got two fish,chicken and huspuppie dinners. They were a little bit smaller,but not that much. I still got plenty full and the fish was awesome. My wife likes the chicken and she said it was very good. Service was quick and easy as it has gotten much better since first reopening. Probably had a few hit ups to work through. Going back soon!

The wait was long and the fish was half the normal size. It’s hard to get good food at fast food restaurants in Springfield. Quality of the food is terrible. Tried to call them for 30 minutes, but the phone was off the hook. Do better!!
