  The 5 Dollar Meal Deals are a life saver for these Linty Pockets 😄 🤣 😂 😆 The long drive thru lines and wait time for the aforementioned meal deal, welp.... Besides making You hot cheeked and beet red in the face and chest areas, it does build up that lovely thing we call anticipation 😀

  I ordered a McGriddle and two hash browns and got a sausage McMuffin and nothing else. When I tried to get it corrected, the guy working the drive thru who gave me the wrong order initially tried to give me a wrong order AGAIN the second time and I had to go out of my way to not accidentally take somebody else’s food, and then when I finally got back to work and opened my food for a second time the McGriddle didn’t have a sausage patty lmao

  Manager is rude and unprofessional. 4:30 pm the lady at the drive through spit in someone's food is what she claimed. They never gave me my food oct-24-2025 on Hauck Road Cincy. Calling lawyers as well for the rude embarrassing treatment and she acting like she was the victim

  service is usually fast. the food is what it is, it's hot and seems fresh. I usually am swinging by to get an iced tea. Some of the staff are just unwelcoming. If you are fortunate enough to get an older person take your order or serve your food, service will be great. If you get a young person or someone who acts like they don't know english,? You will question why you bothered to stop here. How hard is it to be friendly? it's part of the job. Me personally I'm not trying to stop somewhere, especially in the morning to spend money on food and a beverage to get someone's crappy attitude or have them act like I'm inconvenienceing them by placing an order and picking up my food. It's always the same employee's.

  I don't know what I have to do to get a pumpkin spice latte made correctly here but Jesus it seems like it's going to take a miracle yesterday I came here and was given a black coffee so I had to turn around and come back I asked for them to remake it just to be handed a black coffee again and then the third time they finally got it right not to mention I come in today I asked for a pumpkin spice latte again and I just get a normal steamed latte so then I turn around and I have to go back AGAIN just to get a cup of steamed milk and pumpkin spice flavoring you can literally tell there is zero coffee in this so i didnt get what i paid for yet again and I ordered a 10-piece nugget with a large fry why the hell did I get a Big Mac instead of my 10-piece nugget I mean I don't know what the hell is going on at this location but it's ridiculous at this point.
