    Dont place online orders . Doesn't matter if you place them hours before you wait 15 to 30 mins when you get here to pick up your order that was suppose to be ready. Why have an online ordering service if you dont start the food until we get in your restaurant.

    Why have an option to order online if you aren't getting the online orders and it is clearly a known issue since multiple workers mentioned that it has been happening? I ordered 2 trays that cost over $100 a week before I was going to pick them up. I showed up at the time the conformation email said it would be ready, only to be told they never got my order. After waiting an extra 20 mins for them to cook the food, I didn't receive an apology or anything. These trays were for a family event, which we were then 30 minutes late to.

    Placed an online order 1 week in advance, came to pick it up and was told they haven't been getting their online orders. FOH service person not only was not empathetic, but was annoyed that we needed food we'd paid for.

    Love there food and place but DO NOT order delivery on there website or app. It will all be messed up amd nothing correct and when you try to call them about it they dont answer have called 10 times in a row now. Horrible experience we paid a lot of money for food to not be correct or missing.
