- NFNick Fatula3 days ago1.0Food was flavorless. Gave me some weird pizza thing instead of the Quesa Barria like I ordered. Told me it was “the same thing” and didn’t offer to fix their mistake. Get home and It is a mushy greasy pile. Carne asada tastes like zero seasoning was used. Multiple pieces of chicken in my steak tacos. Might help if the people taking the order could actually hear what you’re ordering. We don’t order out much and this was a total waste of money.

I think I got the same server both times, she was very apathetic.(she literally answered the walkie talkie mic thing in the middke of taking our drink orders and then walked off. While we were still ordering!!!)We were shoved into a corner booth by the staff computer in what I assume was a pick up section. Ignored half the night. Ran out of chips which was really annoying because we had ordered guacamole. The margarita was supposed to be part of happy hour but she charged full price and it was absolutely disgusting. Tasted of fake bubble gum flavoring. Food was crazy salty. It was my birthday so I was excited to go and have fun drinks and music but that didn't happen. I told my husband dont even bother telling them it was my bday bc our lady was so rude and already ignoring us. For the prices I'd go somewhere else.

They gave my order to another person who was white, it felt like my server wasn’t even paying attention to my table, not once did my server checked up on me for any updates when that mistake happened because I saw them get their order first in front of me. I get my order around 1PM And I had entered the place around 11:30AM. I wanted to have benefit of the doubt and I couldn’t just wait anymore when I ordered my dessert so I got up to pay. I was upset, I wanted to speak up, and never did they offer any reimbursement for my time wasted and I was late for work. It was disappointing. It felt like a racial micro aggression. I was ignored :(

I picked it all up perfectly everytime and it just drops it. I don’t miss the claw I got everything everytime and it just drops it. Screw this place. I was gonna bring my family but it’s clear you guys don’t care about people if you’re gonna allow a game like this to rip people off. Get rid of the machine and stop ripping people off.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was electric, modern, cool, and full of energy. The food was phenomenal! Every dish was delicious, seasoned to perfection, and the portions were more than generous. You can truly taste the care and quality in every bite. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, friendly, and on point the entire time, which made the experience even better. As if that wasn’t enough, they had someone walking around giving out free shots of Clase Azul tequila, and an 8-foot-tall dancing robot that took the vibe to a whole different level! This place is more than just a restaurant, it’s an experience!! A must visit for anyone looking for amazing food, top tier service, and a fun, unforgettable atmosphere. My family and I will definitely be going back. Highly, highly recommended! 🔥
