    The worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Today (12/17) around noon, I went through the drive-thru and ordered, “Six Big Mac meals, please.” The man taking the order responded, “What are you saying?” I repeated my order, and he said, “I don’t understand.” I clarified that I wanted the No. 1 meal on the menu. Then he said, “We don’t have what you are saying.” So I asked, “Are you saying McDonald’s doesn’t have Big Macs?” He answered, “No, we don’t.” At this point it felt like he simply didn’t want to serve me. I really hope it wasn’t because I am Asian, but the interaction made me very uncomfortable and singled out. I don’t believe he truly didn’t understand my order — it was clear and repeated multiple times. I wish I had gotten his name so I could report the situation properly. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

    everytime i pick up a doordash order to deliver to a customer, the drinks are just thrown in there with no care! i just had HOT coffee spilling into my lap for a good ten minutes through the bottom of a bag im not allowed to open to fix mcdonalds employees mistake. ive had soda spilling into my lap before from the bottom of the bags, if its in their cups it will be spilling i guess
