  Placed an order for 90 dollars worth of food only to be told upon arrival that it was canceled because supposedly a white woman called in my last order and was rude and disrespectful first off I am married to a Hispanic woman and second off I have never ever ever called in my order I have always done it through the app to get my points but being that I was just banned under false pretenses and false allegations this location will be hearing from my lawyer for defamation of character lawsuit I am a prominent business owner in the Cleveland area and have been for almost 20 years stay far away from this location especially being that they call Hispanic woman white woman

  I’m honestly extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut lately. Every time I order from this location, the quality keeps getting worse instead of better. The pizza is never fully cooked anymore the crust is thin, underdone, and feels like it was rushed out of the oven way too early. The breadsticks didn’t even have their normal golden color, they came out pale and doughy like they barely tried to bake them. It really feels like they just throw toppings on, toss it in the oven for a few minutes, slice it, and hand it to customers without caring if it’s actually done. This isn’t a one time mistake either it’s become a repeated problem, and it shows that there’s no consistency or attention to quality anymore. Wouldn’t recommend

  Placed an online order after I got off work so it would be ready to pick up on my way home. 30-35 min later I walk in and there's an upset customer angrily talking on her phone. I look up at the orders screen and see a list of around 10 orders claiming to be ready, but my order wasn't among them. The upset customer leaves, and I step up to the counter. After getting stares from a couple employees, 1 finally walks up and says "So like, we are all out of dough!" That's was it. Not even an apology. I simply respond with an "OK" and turn around and walk out. I'm wondering why couldn't I at least have gotten a phone call if your major ingredient is out so I could plan something else? Luckily, I chose to the pay at store option when I ordered, so no money was lost. The lack of even a fake apology combined with no notification whatsoever convinced me to never give this spot another chance (after multiple minor issues were previously overlooked). Too many good local pizza places available for me to waste any more time here.

  I ordered two pizzas, 1 cheese 1 pepperoni I got 2 pepperoni pizza, was so thin, overly cooked, order was completely wrong, delivery was late food was not even hot, everything was wrong I will not buy from here again they do not care! They did not issue my refund at all!
