  Ordered via the website. Included a tip for the driver. On my Apple Card. Food delivered on ticket states gratuity for driver not included. Called the driver she stated the store didn’t pay her. We had her come back and I paid her cash. Called the store to ask about the original tip placed on hold nev ret to help me with the problem. Just left me sitting on hold. Do not add tips when placing orders the store just keeps them. Tip the delivery person personally. But I won’t be ordering from them again.

  Ordered the 2 large pizza and bread sticks deal - Ordered all non pork items and received pork on our pizza. No one answered the phone and when I brought it back in I was told to leave my contact info so someone could get back to me and still no one has. They're unprofessional and incompetent.

  Dont not order from this location save your money and go somewhere else they submitted my order processed as it was being baked to be delivered i waited an hour called the store there were 40 minutes til close they do not answer the phone at all ignoring calls assuming just so they dont have to make any orders to clean up and go home and all the customer service line does is route you back to the store number which just rings and rings I tried to explain to the customer service that I need my order Canceled and they dont even give you the chance to try to cancel they immediately route you back to the store line like how am I supposed to get my refund or ensure I dont get charged for something that was not delivered this is an unacceptable service and experience for every paying customer and its just not worth even buying from pizza hut anymore save you money and spend it somewhere else that actually values their customers.

  This pizza hut is HORRIBLE. few weeks ago tried to go in and order something small for myself. NOPE the “systems were down!”. Just tried to go online to place a delivery order. their website is saying they are sold out of almost EVERYTHING! so I’m like hmm.. okay I’ll call and see if that’s true or if the websites messed up. called 3 times to wait for over 5 minutes THEN they answer and immediately hangup! this place SUCKS!! super unprofessional

  Pizza was raw and doughy and was very nasty. I will never order from them. I called and they put me on hold for 18 minutes so I just hung up. Never again! I don’t recommend this store.
