But in all honesty, I dread having to go there. I have waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order that I placed, that I was picking up inside. I’m sorry, but that is ridiculous. And, there is never anybody at the counter to greet you. They just look at you, if you’re even that lucky. I’ve been there on busy days, and non-busy days, and somehow I am still waiting 20 minutes or more for my mobile order. They do seem severely shortstaffed, and I get that. But if you are that short staffed that you cannot complete customer orders in a timely fashion, then this restaurant shouldn’t be open. They seem to focus more on drive-through, then in store. But even then, drive-through takes a while too! Fast food is no longer fast food. You are better off going to an actual restaurant and get better quality food for the time that you wait. This McDonald’s used to be good back in the day. It’s sad to say go downhill so badly. Oh, and I also want to say, being short staffed, doesn’t give you a right to be rude, and not acknowledge people when they walk in. The least you could do is say hi and that you’d be right there when you can. It really doesn’t take that much effort.
