  Saturday me and my boyfriend went here to get dinner and we waited a hour for our food and still didn’t get it. We literally just got a refund and left. The manager also had no idea what she was doing and was messing up all these people’s orders. I don’t usually complain but this was ridiculous. Never going to this location again 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Rachel in the drive thru 1:40 am on November 16th was the sweetest, kindest person in the world! My husband and I had the WORST experience at the taco bell down the road, and her kindness just made our nights so much better! Love Rachel keep up the amazing work queen!! Definitely give that BADDIE, AMAZING, SWEET GIRL A RAISE!

  High turnover seems to be an issue. If you order a protein and a drink, you may be forced to order a fry when the new worker can’t figure out the register. Inability to control multiple order lanes is another issue. Just because you should be next to order, does not mean they won’t skip you and move 3 cars from the other line ahead of you. I’ve left a few times when things went sideways. Customer service matters. My time and money are valuable to me. ‘We have a new manager’ is not an excuse. It’s acknowledgement of continuing issues.

  My wife went in to get her food from curbside just trying to get her order. Since they didn’t bring it to her…. The food was cold and was missing items, she wanted it remade and when she approached the counter, the little blond girl and blond boy working were snickering and laughing at her and talking rude. Ignoring her when she wanted to see a manager. I don’t know how they still work there when they’re disrespectful to the customers. If you’re going to hire kids make sure someone supervising them. Unless you want people who work at McDonald’s to think they’re better than you and making fun of you. I wouldn’t recommend you going here.

  This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, I ordered a frappe and they had me park in a spot and I waited 20 minutes and watched the ppl around me get their food while I waited. I went around to the drive through for the second time in hopes for some service because I was also in a hurry I explained my situation and they said and I quote “a kid broke our machine so we will have to give u a refund , pull up to the second window please “ so I pulled up past the first window and the worker looked at me crazy and when I arrived at the second window, they had no idea what I was talking about. I ended up pulling away without my frappe or a refund. Side note I asked for a water and I was given a water bottle.
