  For McDonald's the employees were pleasant, and I believe they know that a "Welcome to McDonald's" and a "Have a great day", can and dose influence someone's day. I also feel it reflects on their values and being a part of community. ( Many others deserve a review as much as they have and more . Tell someone)

  Where do I begin? The workers? The service? The mess? How do you guys have nobody in your store, but yet theres a mess? I seen a worker sweeping A EMPTY AREA?! WHERE ARE THE DRUG TEST? We stand waiting for our so called “Fast Food” FOR 20 MINUTES. WE HAD TWO DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER MEALS. I see workers filming videos, talking, etc. THEN you guys have an adult that works there who is dating a MINOR IN HIGH SCHOOL. I applied there, and the manager was late to the interview, not only that she was EATING during the interview, I W AS STILL HIRED. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant and it’s not suppose to be the greatest. but just have some decency.

  I had a mobile order this morning. The drive-thru line was all the way out on the road. They were only moving one car up every 15-20 minutes. It took over an hour and ten minutes to actually get my food. I would highly recommend just driving into Warren at this point if you want McDonald’s. They are unreasonably slow all the time, but this is ridiculous. I was not able to cancel my order, so I was forced to wait. When I got to the window, the woman was rude and did not even apologize for the wait. She shoved my food at me without even a smile. The service is terrible. Then, once I finally got my food, it was cold. Probably because it was a mobile order and had been sitting for all that time. On top of that, people were saying there was an hour wait inside as well. I will take my business elsewhere.

  Its sad that the food portions are smaller, and the prices are higher. The hamburger patty is thinner, you taste more bread, than burger, I wonder what a big Mac looks like, not to mention the quarter pounder!

  I went during my lunch, and i spent 20 minutes waiting for a mobile order I made before I even came. All I got was a fry, cheeseburger and diet coke. The workers were rude and my cheeseburger didn't even have cheese on it. I got my diet coke and it was flat because they waited to give it to me until it was flat. Rude service, messed up a very simple order, and I stood and waited at the counter the whole time without getting noticed by an employee.
