I usually get a double quarter with cheese and no pickles. It’s 50/50 if the sandwich is cooked right. Fries cold. Customer service is bad. Typically young individuals with no sense of customer service. (No thank you, have a good day, or sense of kindness at all in their tone. Just teens collecting a paycheck.) Went through tonight. Took a few bites and realized my burger isn’t cooked…. It’s unbelievable.

We get home expecting socks to be in the bags, and there were not. They didn't reverse the charges or give us a heads up. Literally the ONLY reason we came was for the Grinch socks and we wound up paying the cost of it and receiving normal meals.
