    I ordered one Deluxe Spicy McCrispy burger and a coffee, and it took 15 minutes to get my food with no apology or explanation from the staff, which completely ruined my short lunch break; the slow service, lack of communication, and poor customer care at this McDonald’s are unacceptable and need serious improvement.

    My boyfriend and I just went through the drive thru (a little hesitant bc Union St. for some reason doesn’t have a good rep) but we were greeted by the sweetest woman, I wish I could’ve gotten her name but it was 11/14 around 8:15pm-8:30pm. She was really sweet and helpful plus our food was a 10/10. No issues at all ❤️

    Depending on the location, you're never quite sure of the freshness of the food you'll receive when visiting McDonald's, I frequent this location pretty often and 9 out of 10 times the food you receive is fresh, and in the instance that it isn't just kindly let the staff know and they'll gladly replace it. The inside is always very clean as well, including the bathrooms. It's always pretty quiet as well, even with a packed restaurant with people all socializing and kids playing at the play place, the noise never reaches unacceptable levels. All and all a good dining experience.
