Okay so I go to this McDonald's often but today was a horrible experience and it sounds like to me it's going to be my last experience at this McDonald's cuz I've been trespassed. So let me tell you what happened I was trying to go drive-thru with four different orders and I told him I can do two orders at once and then come back around and do two more but they told me I have to come inside the store which means I'd have to wait my turn again after already and waiting my turn so I go inside the store I order my food and everything I get on my food and then I asked for the corporate number because when I was in the Drive-Thru Chelsea the manager tell me if I didn't like it I could call corporate so after I got my food I asked for the corporate number she got very Snappy and said it's on my receipt so I got Snappy back because I'm a customer you guys have a job because of customers and it was a lot of back and forth keep in mind I've already paid for my food and they forgot something they forgot my milkshake so I go back inside the store to get my milkshake and tell me I have to leave but I've already paid for my stuff and I want my stuff so I left and someone brought it out to my car which was fine I was going to leave it at that I went to the gas station down the street and checked my order and they forgot my cheese so i tried to go back through the to get it replaced or to buy two more sandwiches with the cheese on it I'm not trying to get anything for free I offered to pay again to get my sandwiches right but they told me to park and wait in a spot so I did but I wasn't met with my replacement sandwiches I was met by a cop and I had to explain what was going on which was just a customer trying to get his food the correct way. So this manager Chelsea told the cop I threaten her with my girlfriend and that I was lying, that was dumb but since I'm a liar I gave the cop my receipt with the food that was messed up so how do I lie about that exactly he took my food in the receipt back inside the store and I guess since she was caught in a lie she refused my service and had to cut trespass me so now I cannot go back to McDonald's in New Richmond and get food after getting treated like crap I would not shop here and have to deal with Chelsea that would find another McDonald's to do your business with.

We were in at the New Richmond McDonald and used the kiosks to place our order. When we received our order, the worker who brought it to us was very nice, but she forgot the sweet and sour sauce that was on the order which was no big deal. So I went back and ask if I could get one the girl at the register stated “I don’t know, can you?” and walked off. I had to wait until the next person came up which looked to be the person in charge and I told her what had happened and asked if I could please had a sweet and sour sauce and she got it for me and I asked her is that how you treat your customers and she said no and walked off. If you’re going to hire high schoolers, how about teaching them some manners and work ethics. If I didn’t stop and buy food from them they wouldn’t have a job. Hope the owner reads this. Enough said.
