The last time (today) was simply passed over at the drive through. I pointed this out to the server when they finally decided to wait on me but they just didn't care. Left without ordering anything. It's weird. I go to Caines or Chick fil a and get wonderful customer service. These companies understand that it's actual paying customers that make their business viable and profitable, instead of places like this where you are simply treated as if you are bothering the staff who apparently have much better things to do than wait on customers or treat them decently. What a shame, but I'm tired of paying people at this place to simply treat me like garbage.
