Being in the restaurant has been a 5/5 for me every time- but oh my goodness it is so hard to reach them if you don’t want to sit down and eat. I like to go there because I have a food allergy & they have deals on their street tacos after 2pm. I don’t always have the time to sit down to eat, and the website does NOT reflect the price change when I try to order. It’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone at the New Albany location, especially on the weekend. I understand we are in the day and age of just clicking our order in online, but it’s not that simple for people with food allergies, or to ask a question that isn’t labeled. It gets loud, it gets busy, etc, but it’s frustrating to call repeatedly and get no response, or sent to voicemail.

Of course, the other 3 of us were done eating by the time another one was made. Mgr comped that pizza, as he should have. Having said that, all the food we ordered was very good. We will most likely return.
