    This McDonald's is good for always forgetting to put something in the bag. Always forgetting something. I need the sauce I can't eat dry nuggets come on its not that hard to remember.

    This is the third time that I've paid in cash and was told I'm not getting any cash back because I don't they don't have pennies. Please do what other places are doing and giving five cents back instead ripping off every customer that pays cash.

    Employees are rude and lazy, also their uniforms are very dirty and they don’t wear hair covers if they have long hair dealing with people food. They lack excellent customer service and have poor hygiene

    This is hands down the best McDonald's. I can only speak for weekdays at breakfast time but I come here one or two times a week on my way to Kettering College and the employees are always kind and courteous. I typically order ahead and go through the drive-thru but even days when the drive-thru is long I change my order to in-store pickup and it's always ready. My food is always fresh and delicious. Too many people only leave reviews when something goes wrong so I wanted to shout out this McDonald's!! The breakfast team is top notch!
