There was a male worker ( named josh i believe ) just sitting around doing absolutely nothing while everyone else was clearly busy and working hard. When another employee (a young lady) politely asked him for help, he completely lost it—started complaining, yelling, and even cussing her out in front of customers. It was honestly disturbing to witness. No man should be talking to a young woman like that, especially in a professional setting. This used to be my favorite location, but after what I saw, I’m strongly considering taking my business elsewhere. That kind of behavior should never be tolerated in any workplace. Management needs to take this seriously.
