But the service is terrible so many things wrong first one is why cant i just call the store directly why does it send me to a third party then i have to be transferred to the store if i have an issue and i do brings me to the second one thats wrong... why does pizza hut now use door dash why cant the delivery just stay the same now when an issue arises and i order on pizza hut app and not doordash how am i supposed to say there is an issue when i cant say anything due to not ordering on door dash which then brings me to last issue i am still missing an item from my order and called the store number then got sent to third party and finaly got transferred to the store and wasnt ablento get any help since she was brand new so no refund since wasnt sure how and now i cant get item delivered since it was through "door dash" so now im out money and an item. Was on hold with store after calling and trying to get through 3 times after have a picture of how long i was in hold till i gave up

Ordered extra cheese, didn't get it. Lastly, ordered the boneless wings. They had no flavor. I would not order there again.

- RERobert EngstromDec 19, 20251.0Our order was almost an hour late almost cold when we finally got it and our order was not complete they were items missing, impossible to get a hold of anybody to explain what happened because everything goes through a call center where nobody speaks English, overall extremely dissatisfied with call center and with the inability to report the problem and get our order fixed on top of we had to microwave our pizza to warm it up when we finally got it, this is completely unacceptable and there's no way to register a complaint since nobody speaks English at the call center
