    Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food. Ordered and the lady was extremely rude, then they handed us our drinks and forgot our food. Had to remind them we got food. Then we waited 20-25 minutes for our food. Everything came out cold.

    This place is terrible at best. The employees can't focus long enough to get an order right. This makes me wonder who is either high or drunk working here. The past 2 times including today they have fumbled my order. Today I went inside to get it corrected after waiting 15 minutes for it to be brought to my car. The girl that I talked to appeared to be high and had trouble understanding English. I won't be stopping here for awhile. You would think that they should know that they are serving food here today, everytime I stop here I have to pull ahead and wait for it to be made fresh??????? Fresh it is not, my food was cold. If they can't get it right they need to close down.

    The past three times, including just now, ask for extra onion and they put none on!!!! How hard is it??? You put the sticker on one the box, clearly says extra onion, no not any!!!! Do your job for goodness sake, you were not busy!!! Wonder why???

    The night shift after 11pm is awful waited 20 minutes in line food always wrong you think waiting 20 minutes your food would be fresh. chicken stripes were hard CORPORATE INVESTIGATE YOUR STORE this is a continuous problem
