Usually pretty fast but last 2x I was there, they made the food wrong. Just like every other place w/the arches any more, ALWAYS SCREWING UP ORDERS! I rarely eat it myself, but my boy is very picky (Autism) and getting him to eat is a battle, so we end up there often, too much so unfortunately.

Not one person in the drive thru or inside and still sitting there waiting for order to be taken. Sign light isnt on nothing. Seems like they dont wanna work this early in the morning.

Employees tell you breakfast is over at 10:30 or 11 a.m. depending on if have anything already made or if they feel like making it. First I was told 11 if you arrive 10 minutes before 11 they change it to 10:30 for their convenience because theyre lazy and dont want to do their actual job making any food. Rude manager told me it had been that way for years... wrong I was told months ago it was 11a.m. stop moving the goal post and maybe you'll retain loyal customers of which I was but will no longer be especially at this location.

Horrible. Asked for my food a specific way and came home and they’re too lazy to even read their screens and make the food as asked instead of just from memory. I’ve worked in fast foot for almost 10 years and that is just lazy. Cold old fries, messed up sandwiches and I know this isn’t to big of a deal but Ice in my drink which I asked for none is ridiculous I usually wouldn’t say this but whoever took the order and made my order should be fired because they’re too lazy to even read a screen or listen when I specifically asked for certain things. Definitely going to be a while if ever if we come back. When did we stop caring about people.? It’s a shame
