After many years of not going to McDonald's I decided to take the wife and daughter in for lunch. After ordering on a kiosk and receiving our pathetic meals, now I know why it had been so long since I had been there. Food was disgusting, cold and way overpriced. They even took out the fountain machine so no refills. Vow now to never return. Burger king is right down the street and has better food, just my opinion. McDonald's has really forgotten there mission and care more about there bottom line then the food they offer.

Yet the new standards of this place must be messed up every order in some ways.Shape or form went through the drive through ordered a double quarter.Pound or millk a fish flame bill with a cup of tartar and 6 chicken nuggets.They forgot my turtle sauce.I waited 10 minutes to get it and I'll have to go in to get it then when I got home.I never say forgot my chicken nuggets but still church me for it and on top of everything else now i'm stuck eating cold food and only half of my order i can see if it's busy making mistakes, but there was only 2 cars in the drive through and it's becoming a consistent problem.The last three times I was there , they messed up my order in some way , shape or form

Ordered breakfast through mobile app.they had forgotten one of my breakfast sandwiches which seems to happen a lot.they need to be more thorough otherwise they might loose coustomers

This McDonald’s used to be good but it has went down hill the last few years. We come here quite often but it seems about every time there is something missing from our order. Even got biscuits and gravy one time and had no fork. Yesterday we got 2 McDoubles and fries and the sandwich was not hot and the fries were cold. I took the fried back in and the guy said he would make me some hot ones but why wasn’t they hot the first time. Please consider being like the McDonalds in Nelsonville and Athens because they always go over and beyond with food and service.

Ordered a QPC MEAL, proceed to eat half my burger, and after noticing the taste/texture was off enough to check, this was the result. Yummy raw burger 😋
We haven't called in or anything. Made me lose my appetite enough to not bother.
