The "AI" drive thru just assumes what you order and any attempt to fix the issue just causes it to add more to the order with not a single employee taking over the order to help.

Have no idea how long this patty has been sitting around but it’s ice cold. Fries are just a greasy lump of sad pathetic mush. Inedible. Don’t go here. McDonald’s corporate should shut this one down. Always a disappointment.. I drive ten minutes away to get McDonalds now. If I even will again……….
