This location was horrible in all aspects. Severely understaffed, my double had old stale buns and dried out meat patties. Food was ordered on app by phone. Sat behind the counter until it got cold.
Men's bathroom was disgusting. Pictures posted as proof. I will never eat here again. The single cashier had a line of 10 deep. No order kiosks.

So wasn't sure they were open bc the sign as well as the order board were incredibly old and not lit up anymore bu the lights inside were on. So we went to the drive thru. They lady taking our order was very kin & patient. We had to wait a extra few minutes bc they made it fresh for us because no chicken was re-read. They even dropped new fries too. So ALL our food was hot! It is rare these days to actually get hot fast food. It was wonderful to scarf it down after going to l ok ng calling hours for a family member before heading back to Columbus.

Food was acceptable. The guy that took our order was polite and helpful. There was A LOT of yelling in the kitchen area and talking rudely to and about customers in the drive thru. Multiple times I heard "we are very short staffed" in a rude tone and I have zero questions about why there is a staffing problem. Nobody wants to come to work in that kind of environment.
