I bought some crispy chicken strips and they were so old they were rock hard. The color alone should have prevented them from being served, they were very dark brown. And when I bit into one, it was desert dry. Come on folks, where's the attention to quality? I am glad I didn't get sick but I was worried.

Today 12/28 a homeless man tried to buy a burger with coins and the worker not only refused legal tender but made a scene getting other workers involved over not taking change?? A nice person tried to buy the homeless person more food and was told NO and if they did the homeless man would be asked to leave due to soliciting?? This is GROSS and I hope everyone pays in change and reports this. I will never be back amd I will tell everyone i know and spread the word on social media

Not sure why this location thinks that a big Mac only comes with ONE patty. I ordered a big Mac combo and it had one patty. Used a reward for another big Mac and it only had one patty. Come on, Harper Family!!!

I placed an online order to pick up after work. When I stopped at the speaker another vehicle came in after me and went to the other speaker. I heard a worker say to hold a minute but it seemed like they were talking to the guy who came in after me. Then eventually the guy came back and i heard him ask what i needed but it it seemed he was talking to the other guy again so i said into the speaker, "are you talking to me or this person who came in after me" i assumed nobody would hear me since they hadn't actually talked to me at all the whole time. He did hear me though and he was pissed that i said something about being skipped in line. He started talking through my speaker and told me i showed up at the wrong time and that's why i was skipped, he said it with this attitude like how could i have the nerve to show up at the wrong time. He was blaming me for me being skipped. He then said i shouldn't complain either and should be understanding that i showed up at the wrong time and only blame myself. I found this behavior to be way out of line. I told the guy i get skipped a lot in mcdonalds line but it's no big deal just a bit frustrating sometimes. He then kept arguing with me and telling me i don't get skipped a lot. So the guy was just rediculus, i felt i had to stand up for myself and not let this guy blame me and tell me i didn't have the right to complain and tell me i was lying about being skipped often. After he said all of these things accusing me, blaming me, i then tried to explain he was wrong to say that, and then he started saying i had too much to say and he was going to call the police if i didn't leave. He was the one saying untrue things about me and arguing with me and all i did was try to defend myself and he's saying I'm the one holding up the line. All this guy needed to do was apologize for me being skipped and that's it. He chose to blame me tell me i had no right to complain call me a liar and then say i was the one holding up the line and threaten me with the police after he put me in a position to need to defend myself. This was exactly how not to do customer service. I called to complain and this guy answered and refused to take a complaint. I've reached out to mcdonalds on Twitter and still plan to file an official complaint. This was the guy calling himself the manager of the shift starting at around 11:30pm on 12/42025. I won't feel comfortable going back there until i talk to someone at mcdonalds who can confirm that this manager will be told not to blame customers for being skipped in line and the the full on argument he needed to start instead of simply apologizing was way out of line. I think most people day one at their first job would know to just simply say sorry if a customer has an issue like being skipped in the line. Should have been the easiest customer service situation to solve but this guy made it into a horrible situation.
