    If I could put 0 stars I would I came through before work and wanted some chicken nuggets so we ordered 2 20 pieces and we got 2 10’s so then they wanted to get a attitude but then I get to work and my nuggets are as hard as a rock.

    Was told to pull up to the next window. 15 minutes went by.... nothing. Went in to talk to a manager who asked me what my order was. I told him. He then came back with my order, kinda tossed the bag on the counter and said "there you go". No apology from him at all. To make matters worse, my food was cold. You lost a customer here.

    We ordered 2 hot chocolates, cookies and an ice cream online. We got to the window and got our cookies, told to move up to next window. 5 minutes pass, we get our ice cream, told they're just waiting on our hot chocolate. 10 minutes pass. 15 minutes pass. 20 minutes pass. I pulled around and went inside, waited another 5 minutes before anyone came up. Finally someone came up and I told them we'd been waiting 20 minutes for two hot chocolates, finally got my hot chocolates without so much as an apology.

    I’ve been getting breakfast a couple of times each week through the drive through for years. Employees are GREAT, but please start cooking your scrambled eggs thoroughly. I don’t know what’s happened but one side is always runny. Uneatable runny. The east side McDonald’s does much better but is not convenient to my drive. Love the morning employees on Memorial Drive though.
