Every time I come here no matter how small my order I get parked because they're worried about their drive-thru time but not the customer experience it's really become pathetic here I probably just not going to come back anymore.... Sad, definitely not fast food.

The male manager this morning really needs to read the room. Ya never know who’s watching and listening. Being a jerk to your employees is the worst way to boost morale. Talking down to the elderly ladies working there shows how you made it nowhere in life and take it out on other people. I won’t be back.

I would say I usually have a good experience at this McDonald's. Not this time. First of all it was 10:45 on Saturday so I decided to order breakfast through the app to make sure I could still get it. I get to the restaurant at 10:55 and proceeded to wait 15 minutes at the counter until someone helped me. Then the manager was UNBELIEVELY RUDE AND SHORT WITH ME. Said my order was canceled because they don't start it until I get to the store. I placed this order ahead of time to avoid that issue and if someone actually would've helped me at the counter while I was waiting 15 minutes I would've been able to get my food. The workers were dancing and playing around while I was staring at them to come help me out. They need a better run establishments and DEFINITLEY A BETTER MANAGER. Proceeded to tell me breakfast is over and nothing they can do about it. Cmon it's 11:05 I think you can make me a McMuffin without too much of a hassle. Saturday morning was effectively ruined. Go to the Starbucks on Clifton for breakfast sandwiches. Their staff is professional and kind EVERY TIME.

Very dismissive people. No one wanted to or attempted to help out everyone passed the buck. I tried to use the app rewards to purchase food and experienced an error. as a homeless person who barely eats I was just trying to get help on how to possibly get my points back but I guess since I didn’t have any money as a paying customer no one cared. Since my points are gone now I have no breakfast to eat.

I went to pick up a order for someone and had to repeat the name 4 times and as the lady handed me the bag, she seriously looked at me and said “ check your attitude ugly white girl!” Really! I said nothing disrespectful to her, yes I was probably a little annoyed because repeating myself 4 times however please tell me how it’s ok to use my race in a comment like that. It was 5am and I was trying to deliver food for extra money.
