The woman taking the orders is the same one at the first window, and she did not have her headset turned off. I heard her cussing about an individual over and over, just awkwardly waiting for her to acknowledge that I was there at the order screen. Then she got on and said "can I help you". She seemed irritated at the first window. This isn't the first time either. She's impatient while taking orders also. Just seemed to be an awkward experience, if she is that unhappy, maybe consider a talk with the individual. I'm seeing other reviews that are similar.

Her tone, language, and presentation lack basic professionalism or class. A non customer facing role would be a better match, because she clearly does not like the job. Everyone else is nice
