- BDBilly DayNov 1, 20251.0Will be my last time at this location for sure because how the night shift manager yells at me from across the store as I'm refilling my Coke asking me if I bought it or not as I'm holding a McDonald's cup in my hand. After I asked her if she wanted to see my receipt where I had just went through the drive-thru and ordered $15 of overpriced food she proceeds to tell me that if you go to the drive-thru you're not allowed to get refills on your drinks. To treat your customers like that and to belittle them in front of a whole lobby full of people is very uncalled for an unprofessional. i would of gave 0 Stars but it wouldn't let me post this so 1 star and she don't deserve that.

When another customer complained, a lady in the dining room started arguing with her that the food couldn't be old. One off duty employee cut an older gentleman off at the counter and kept going behind and disrupting the other employess. You need new managers there. Never be back and I suggest others skip this one.

Got home, my boyfriend went to eat his cheeseburgers & no patty. Ordered 2 cheeseburger & neither had the patty. Called the store & of course no answer.

Of course when I got home they forgot a sandwich. I never called or went back, I'm just done with that McDonald's
