My boyfriend went inside to pick it up and they handed him one bag and drink cups. At first the young lady was nice but when he politely told her we had two shakes she kind of got an attitude but made them for him. After he filled our drink cups he checked the bag and they didn't give us ANY fries. He went back to the counter and asked for a drink carrier for his four drinks and said we're missing five fries and she asked to see his receipt and got a HUGE attitude. Always something silly at this store

I got off work and around 9:30 PM I had ordered a shake and food and tell me why there was a long black hair in my shake?? I tried calling multiple times to at least just get another shake or something but it was DISCONNECTED. Not to mention, the young girl at the window is rude every time I go there (I understand bad days, but it gets to a point to where you’re just always acting crappy towards people). And no, it’s not my own hair because this hair is going all the way down the cup as in it fell in while being filled up, YEUCK!! If I’m paying 4 dollars for a small shake I expect for me to at least be able to drink it.

- HSHaley SuffridgeDec 2, 20251.0This is the WORST MCDOBALDS EVER avoid going here at all costs they won’t help with your app, they are rude, slow wait times and today I went and got extra fries instead of apples in my kids meals and they put like 7 fries into small fry bags I said can you fill them up the first lady says yes and then another girl comes and tells me no. I sound so hateful but literally come on DO BETTER it’s fries and burgers I’d rather drive across town to the one on high street then ever come back to this location
