EDITED TO SAY: I kid you not, this happened to me today: I got a call from a female who stated that they were calling on behalf of Pizza Hut to get my card information to be able to process the refund that I requested from my wrong order. They said "one second" and put the phone down, and then started to engage in multiple conversations with people that had nothing to do with Pizza Hut, but cell phones...they picked the phone back up, and apologized and told me that they're sorry they actually don't work for Pizza Hut that their boyfriend is the manager, and she was helping her boyfriend by calling me to get my card number for a refund!!! Needless to say, I hung up! I cannot believe that my personal number was given out to someone who doesn't even work there and they were instructed to get my card information. Absolutely 100% unacceptable! ---Origonal Review: -It had been about a year or more since we ordered from this location due to the poor track record we've had with them. We gave it a try this evening, because it had been so long since we've had pizza hut. Our food was delivered by a 3rd party delivery service. Upon receiving our food, we had the wrong order. I called the restaurant, but the phone was answered by a 3rd party service who takes orders. I explained I received the wrong food and they transferred me to the store. Nobody answered. I tried xFOUR more attempts, over 20min of waiting and still nobody answered. I called again and the 3rd party answering service told me to call corporate. I did, but their auto system said to go online. I went online and did the chat option where I was told it would be up to 3 DAYS before someone would get back to me (literally insane). I asked for a refund and was told that agents cant process refunds......needless to say, we will NOT be giving this location or Pizza Hut in general any of our business in the future. It shouldn't be this hard to resolve an issue. Out $40 for nothing. We will stick to Teafords and Papa Johns. I strongly advise not ordering from this location unless you go in person, and check all your food before you leave the store.

Not sure if they do not read the ticket or what. Every time we order from this location the order is never right. I alway order extra cheese and never get it. It seems to alway have less cheese than it would normally have. Always looks like the pizza is a week old. I am tired of paying extra for things that you never get. Calling the store to address the problem is a waste of time. Also order a specialty pizza and added a few toppings and just got what ever they wanted to put on it. This is like the 3rd time this has happened. I will no longer go to this place ever again. It can fade away like every thing else in that town. I would not waste another penny at this location.

Between the call center and store, neither know what they are doing. Can't take an order correctly, or payment information correctly. Sad. Also prices are way up compared to other pizza places.
