    So... I've been living in Greenville for years now and have regularly had poor experiences at this Mcdonalds. Between incorrect orders, missed Special instructions, slow service, and the general just lack of care that management seems to give... I could probably list the number of good experiences I've had here on one hand despite having come here probably 100s of times in the last 4 years (unfortunately my kids love Mcdonalds). However... this last experience was just so incredibly frustrating I've finally decided to leave a review. Missing items, not following instructions, and then to top it all off, the GM, April being incredibly stingy with the drinks (I ordered a meal and payed extra for a lemonade. I didn't want ice in it because I dont like how much it waters down my drink. I never get ice in my drinks and have never had a problem before however this time, apparently the GM, again named April decided that a large drink with no ice means you only get half of a cup filled as shown in my photo). First of all, I used to work in fast food. Drinks are where they make most of their money. Even when Mcdonalds used to have drinks for $1 they were still making like 80 cents per cup sold. It costs Mcdonalds somewhere between 3-6 cents to fill a cup and the cups themselves are only about 10 cents. Now that they're charging $2-$3 for their drinks... they're making even more profits at our expense. Not only that, but I had to pay EXTRA just to get the lemonade in the first place and the manager cant even give me a full cup because I simply dont want the ice to melt and turn my already bland lemonade into a watered down version of it? What an absolute joke. This Mcdonalds on a regular basis fails to meet the BARE MINIMUM standards of a fast food restaurant, so much so that literally going to any other location and getting a bare minimum experience feels like being treated like royalty.

    We visted today 11/9 @ 12pm. Our food was incorrect, so I called in to inquire. The female I spoke to legitimately hung up the phone on me after stating "I dont know what to tell you". I called back, and no answer.

    So to put it simply. When I order a bacon quarter, its on the receipt and even a stick on the box. Stating its a bacon quarter but I got no bacon on my sandwich. That's real intentional.

    Manager was really rude for no reason? Order placed on the app and we picked counter pickup as curbside was not available past 9:59pm which is what we do in the mornings. My husband went to get the food and I marked that he was there as you can on the app. The manager was rude to him and said "her" lobby was closed and it must be a drive thru order. It wasnt, but he went through the drive thru. He called me to have me talk to her because she was saying there wasnt an order. She told me "her" lobby is closed and was rude to me as well. Finally she saw my order. She then told my husband to pull forward because they had to wait on the fries. Brought out 1 drink and "have a great night" ..but we still needed the rest of the order... brought out the 2nd drink "have a great night" ... but we needed the food... finally got it. Fries weren't even fresh? Really weird experience. Not sure why someone would work a job interacting with people, let alone be a manager, when they clearly do not want to be there or be friendly with customers? Odd
